Hey all, hope you all had a great summer but now it's time to get back to it! Lots of changes here at WSUDU, a few new board members and fresh ideas. Expect more information in the near future!

Our next event is at the football game on September 24th, WSU will be recognizing our organization. Our table will be located on the track just inside the gates, so feel free to stop by! Hope to see you all there, thanks from all of us at WSUDU!

Hi Everyone! We just wanted to let you know the next activity we will be helping with is the St. Johns Marsh clean up! So, if you are not chasing turkeys, we will see you Saturday May, 7th at the little dirt parking spot across from the colony light house. This is always a fun time to see wildlife and help clean up the area. We want those ducklings growing up healthy right? Its usually a half day event, but once we lock down the starting time we will let ya'll know!

We just wanted to say thank you to everyone who came out on Friday for our 3rd annual DU Spring Dinner!! We reached our goal of 40 people, we actually had 49! We also wanted to say thank you to our donators, Billy Tackonis Ken Ball Kevin Caro Mike OReilly. It was great to meet new faces and spend time with others who are putting back into our wetlands. It makes duck season feel better knowing you are an even bigger part of restoring the quack lands then you were before coming to a DU dinner. I think we all know it was these gestures that saved ducks from near wipe out in the early 30's, and look at it now...we have more ducks then ever recorded. Thanks to everyone who came out, we can keep paving the road to population growth and stability, more ducks for us, more ducks for our kids and more ducks for other critters in the circle of life. Congrats to everyone who took home merchandise, you deserve it. We are such a unique chapter, and we are proud to have such amazing supporters!!! We do it for the ducks! oh ya, and thank you Paul Zambito for the great photos! ;)

BAM!! Hello DU supports, guess what?! It is time for our annual WSUDU SPRING DINNER! We are growing as a student chapter and decided to have our dinner at a new place, with a little bigger area for us to rock out! Please, share and invite all your friends, family and well, strangers off the street as well! We have some great gear for our 2016 dinner, all the cool prizes and yummy college bar food! Please write us an email if you can attend. We are setting up an online ticket purchase link as well, but you can also pay at the door. Lets make this our biggest year yet, in the end it will be the best year for the ducks. If the ducks are happy, we are happy!

Also, keep an eye out on Wayne States website, Kayla Cockrel is publishing an article in "The South End" (our student news paper) in the next week or so!

Hi Everyone! It's that time of the year for our annual WSUDU Spring Dinner! We have some exciting new members who recently joined the committee and we plan on having the dinner at a new location this spring. We are working out the food situation ;) this week and will post a date and location shortly after! So, start talking about it among with friends and fam!! We are going to the next level this year! 2016 Spring! :D
