Congratulations to our friends and colleagues at Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America - Michigan Chapter

A major victory for children with food allergies!

The Protecting Children with Food Allergies Act has now been signed into law. The law says that school food service staff are required to be trained to prevent and respond to allergic reactions.

AAFA worked with Senator Durbin, Senator Fischer, and our partners across the allergy and pediatrics community to advance this important protection for students.

And a huge thanks to our amazing advocates. Your voices and actions helped turn this bill into law.
