SALT 🧂 PAINTED 🎇 💙❤️ One of our favorite activities is to paint salt. It’s an easy set-up, low cost and always a fun activity for the kids. 🙌 ✨Tip: The finished product isn’t something you can keep forever but if you let it dry, then scrape the salt off, you are usually left with a pretty watercolor painting underneath. ✨Tip: Don’t let the glue dry before painting. I always paint right away. . . Here’s what you need: -template (available on my site 🎆) -Table salt 🧂 -Glue -Liquid watercolors or concentrated food coloring . Trace the template with glue, sprinkle salt on it and then shake it off. Tap gently with some liquid watercolors or concentrated food coloring and watch the magic 🤩 . We purchase this book from local library and it has surprisingly been one of my daughters favorite books . Its silly and fun. Stop Thief! by Adam J. B. Lane is about a little boy that growing up, deciding to put away his baby things he unexpectedly comes across a thief stealing his pig plushie. This leads to a chase around the city where the boy saves the thief life and is rewarded for it. All before falling asleep at night.

March is reading month! Share some terrific books and enjoy read aloud a with your little one! I will share a few beloved stories that I share with my daughter and my students.
