The Bible & Training Institute of Michigan offers a wide variety of courses for anyone interested in Traditional (In class)
2.
Our purpose is to present the Word of God in such a manner that it will be readily understood by all and will bring our students into a vital and effective relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. The students will then prove to be channels for further spreading of the Word and strengthening of the testimony of Bible -believing churches. We seek to provide a concentration of Biblical and Theologic
al studies, to both lay-persons as well as Ministers, Missionaries and Deacons to better prepare them for service in their local churches. You will be able to receive an Associate of Arts in Biblical Studies all the way to a Master of Arts in Ministry or Theology. There are three tracts of study that will be accomplished while attending:
1. Intensive Seminars (every 2nd & 4th Saturday)
3. Independent Study (Homework)
The Bible & Training Institute of Michigan was conceived by the Holy Spirit in 2000 in answer to a cry from the harvest fields of the world for materials geared for training both the average layman and pastors. The Institute is birthing a vision designed to move laymen from vision to reality. The curriculum takes students beyond teaching to training where participation is required. The participation to which students are challenged is that of spiritual reproduction. Jesus’ final command was to reproduce spiritually (Matt. 23:19-20). BTIM is not as inclusive as a traditional Bible Institute because it eliminates materials not directly related to spiritual growth and productivity. We are not in competition with the traditional Bible Institute structure but our training is for laymen and women who do not have opportunities, educationally and/or financially, for such training. The Institute equips students with creative Bible study skills to enable continued study of Scriptures following basic course training, leading to undergraduate and graduate studies. But the primary focus of BTIM is teaching what Jesus taught to move men from observation to demonstration of the power of God.
