It was great seeing MDAs, CRNAs, SRNAs, residents, medical students, and faculty come together for an evening focused on advancing anesthesia care and research. Thank you to the DMC Department of Anesthesiology for hosting such a thoughtful discussion on PONV prevention and current interventions 🩺📚

Shout out to and the CHP Student Engagement Taskforce, as well as our SRNA volunteers for collaborating with the Future Nurses Program at Detroit Renaissance High School 🏫 The kids loved having you all. Also a shoutout to our own wonderful Dr. Ashlee Barnes. Because of you all, these students were able to see what mentorship, leadership, and community in nursing and anesthesia truly look like 💙✨
