Please be reminded that school will be closed for the Labor Day Break from Friday, September 4, 2026, through Monday, September 7, 2026.

Classes will resume on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, and students will return for a full school day.

We hope you enjoy a safe and relaxing holiday weekend with your families. We look forward to welcoming our students back on Tuesday, ready to learn and succeed.

Les recordamos que la escuela permanecerá cerrada por el receso del Día del Trabajo (Labor Day) desde el viernes 4 de septiembre de 2026 hasta el lunes 7 de septiembre de 2026.

Las clases se reanudarán el martes 8 de septiembre de 2026, y los estudiantes regresarán para un día completo de clases.

Good Afternoon Clemente Families:
Thank you to all of our families who made arrangements to pick up their children on time today due to the early release schedule.
Due to the forecasted high temperatures, tomorrow Wednesday, September 2, will also be an early release day. Students will be dismissed at 12:25 p.m. Please make the necessary arrangements to ensure your child is picked up on time.
As a result of the early release, Open House will be rescheduled to a later date. Once the details have been finalized, we will share the new date and time with all families.
Thank you for your flexibility, understanding, and continued support.

Gracias a todas nuestras familias que hicieron los arreglos necesarios para ir por nuestros estudiantes a tiempo.
Debido a las altas temperaturas pronosticadas para mañana miércoles 2 de septiembre también saldremos temprano. Los estudiantes saldrán a las 12:25 p.m. Por favor, asegúrense de hacer los arreglos necesarios para ir por sus hijos/as a tiempo.
Debido a estos cambios, nuestra Casa Abierta (Open House) será reprogramada para una fecha posterior. Tan pronto tengamos la nueva fecha y hora, la compartiremos con todos ustedes.

Due to expected high temperatures on Tuesday, September 1, 2026 and Wednesday, September 2, 2026, the District will implement a 3 Hour Early Release on both days.

We will dismiss all students at 12:25 pm. Please make arrangements to have your children picked up on time.

The early release applies to students and school-based staff only, and does not apply to Central Office staff.

A Special Surprise! 🎉

What a way to start the school year! We were excited to welcome Superintendent Dr. Vitti for a surprise visit as he stopped by to personally drop off banners celebrating our 2024–2025 accomplishments!

Good afternoon Clemente Parents,
We want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who attended our Back to School event last Thursday. We truly appreciate your time, engagement, and commitment to our school community!
For those who cannot make it, or if you need a refresher, please find the main announcements we shared with families.
Additionally, we want to share two important updates regarding attendance for this school year:
• New Attendance Agent: We are welcoming a new team member dedicated to supporting families and helping decrease chronic absenteeism.
• New District Policy: The district has implemented a new 36-day attendance policy. Our new agent will be working closely with families to explain these updates and ensure our students stay on track.
