🍎 SUN Bucks Are Back This Summer! ☀️

Michigan families may be eligible to receive $120 per child in grocery benefits through the Summer EBT (SUN Bucks) program to help bridge the summer hunger gap when school meals are unavailable.

Eligible families can use benefits to purchase nutritious foods such as fruits, vegetables, dairy products, meat, and more at participating retailers and farmers markets.

✅ Most eligible children will be enrolled automatically through programs such as SNAP, TANF, Medicaid, or free/reduced-price school meal programs.

📌 Benefits:
• $120 per eligible child ($40 per month for June, July, and August)
• Funds loaded onto an EBT/Bridge Card
• Can be used at stores and select online retailers that accept EBT

Families who may not be automatically enrolled can still apply if they meet income and eligibility requirements.

As we close the final chapter of this school year, our hearts are filled with both pride and sadness. This year marks not only the end of another academic journey but also the closing of our school district, a place that has been home to countless memories, friendships, achievements, and milestones.

While it's bittersweet to say goodbye, we celebrate the students, families, staff, and community members who made these halls come alive each day. Thank you for the laughter, the lessons, the support, and the memories that will stay with us long after these doors close.

Though this chapter is ending, the impact of this community will continue in the lives of every student we have served. Here's to the memories we've made and the bright futures ahead. ❤️
