What do meat, dairy, pareve, and magnets 🧲 have in common?
Kosher Wonderland, of course!

In keeping with the principles of kosher, food is divided into three main categories: meat, dairy, and pareve.

The meat category includes foods like chicken and steak.
Dairy includes foods like milk, cheese, and yogurt.
Pareve means foods that are neither meat nor dairy, like eggs, fish, fruits, and vegetables.

At our Kosher Wonderland magnet wall, children can sort different foods into these three categories and learn about them in a fun, hands-on way.

Come give it a try!

Want to know what children really think? Just ask them!
We did just that, and their answers were too good not to share 😇.

Same cupcake🧁. Three different personalities💫.

We asked three children to decorate their cupcakes, and each one turned out completely different!

It was a sweet reminder that every child brings their own creativity, style, and personality to the table, and that’s what makes the world go round🤩!

Summer Sundays just got more colorful! 🎨 Join us at the Jewish Children’s Museum for our Sunday Paint Workshop.

Did you know❓
Not every milkshake is kosher🥤, and not every kind of milk is kosher either🥛.
For milk to be kosher, it must come from a kosher animal, like a cow🐄 or goat🐐. Once that’s been checked, it can be turned into a delicious milkshake😋.

Now here’s a silly question😃: Does a giant sensory milkshake need to be kosher?
Well, not exactly… because it’s not real food, not to mention that the sensory milkshake in Kosher Wonderland is larger than life! It’s so big, children can actually step inside and explore the soft, colorful “milkshake” all around them🤩.
It’s a hands-on way to bring the kosher lesson to life🥤✨.

Ever wonder what's going through a Game Master's mind while you're racing an escape room?

"They're looking at the wrong lock..."
"Don't say anything..."
"Wait for it..."
"...they've almost figured it out."
CLICK.
"There it is." 😄

As Game Masters, we see everything. We know which puzzle is slowing you down, which clue you're overlooking, and exactly how close you are to your next breakthrough.

So why don't we just tell you the answer?
Because there's nothing better than watching that moment when someone suddenly shouts...

💡 "WAIT! I THINK I GOT IT!"

That excitement? You can't fake it.

Of course, we're not going to let you stay stuck forever. Every team has a limited number of hints, and when the time is right, we'll give you just enough of a nudge to keep your escape moving, without spoiling the challenge.

As for the explorer in this photo...

Do you think he'll crack the clue before asking for help? 🤔

These are some of the thoughts our Game Masters think about in the "Exodus Unlocked" Escape Room.

👇 Be honest...
Which would you choose? "Give Me a Hint" 🙋 or "We'll Figure It Out!" 💪? Drop it in the comments.

What would slime say if it could talk? 👀
We asked children to answer our questions, but with one twist: they had to respond as if they were slime!
Watch the video to hear what the slime had to say💫.

Today is Tisha B’Av (the 9th of the Hebrew month of Av), both a mournful and meaningful day on the Jewish calendar.

We remember the Beit Hamikdash (Holy Temple) in Jerusalem, which was destroyed on this day. It was the holiest place and the center of Jewish life, prayer, and connection for the Jewish people. Families traveled there for the major Jewish holidays, bringing offerings and gathering together as one nation.

The Beit Hamikdash was more than a building. It was a place where G-d’s presence was revealed and where the Jewish people felt close to Him and connected with each other.

On Tisha B’Av, we re-experience these losses. At the same time, we renew the hope for Moshiach’s coming, which will usher in a time of peace and the rebuilding of the Third Beit Hamikdash.
