Suzuki Piano Recital 🎹✨

This Thursday, we had a wonderful piano recital led by Ms. Katherine DeFreitas, where students proudly showcased everything they have been practicing and learning throughout different seasons of this school year.

It was truly a beautiful afternoon filled with music, concentration, excitement, and unforgettable moments. Listening to our students perform each piece with such dedication reminded us that music is also a powerful part of a child’s growth, confidence, and self-expression.

Thank you to Ms. Katherine DeFreitas for her patience, dedication, and love for music, and thank you to all the families for supporting our young musicians on this beautiful journey.

Our blackberry plants are so incredibly beautiful that they deserve a post all on their own.

Yesterday, our After School students spent time checking how close the berries are to being ready, and with these warm Bluffton days we’ve been having lately, plus how perfectly they are growing… we are almost certain that by this weekend we will be enjoying fresh blackberries straight from our very own garden. ☀️

Moments like these remind us that learning happens naturally when children are connected to the earth, the seasons, and the joy of caring for something with their own hands.
