Here's something wholesome for your Friday😊 Our Applied Sociology class that is part of Students Connected went on a ride-along Tuesday, April 13 with Second Helpings to rescue food at local grocery stores and deliver it to Mercy Mission.

🦈These students have also been researching food insecurity on campus. They've even put together a survey, It takes less than 5 minutes to complete😉 and you get to help out your fellow sharks!

USCB Nursing 👩🏽‍⚕️👨‍⚕️ students competed this week in SIM Wars! Here Alexis Fortson attends to a “patient” while team members Julia Foster and Linda Lanni-Kreisel look on. Sponsored by the Student Nurse Association (SNA), teams raced to win prizes including stethoscopes 🩺 .

This unique 360-degree view of USCB’s Hargray building was taken by Communication Studies students Tyler Cunningham and Selena Diamond with a camera from the university’s new Innovative Media Lab. The eyeball-shaped cameras use multiple lenses to capture all 360° of a scene.
