The 9 AM no-gi class is such a vibe.

There really isn't a better way to start your day than some rounds with your friends.

We have a tradition where we throw our kids whenever they get a promotion. I'm not sure what they look forward to more - the throw or the promotion 🤣

The Owen's had a side quest at the Newbreed in Asheville today. Colton dominated - ending the day 9-0 with 3 gold medals and an advanced division belt to go with it.
He's been training for barely over a year, but has put in more mat time than most kids do in 4 years.
Little brother Levi is quitely becoming a killer. He's following in Coltons footsteps and I'm so excited for both of these kids.

Congratulations to Andrew and Austin on their belt stripes! These boys put in so much time and effort into their jiujitsu and its evident in their progression.

Congratulations to Wyman on his Grey Black belt! Wyman bas been at the gym since the first day we started the kids program.
3.5 years of training consistently has led to this point, and he has definitely earned it.

Our kids love playing freeze tag. Fun games like this build teamwork, improve problem solving, and burn energy. The kids are exhausted after this one!
