Sometimes we dont always get the results were looking for, there are so many things I did wrong in this video. Bracing, stance, decent, (not even hitting depth), the rocking, the hip shift, the bail, the only thing I did correct was got it on film so I can learn and progress.
Just because Im a coach doesn't mean I know everything or do everything right. Every day I wake up hoping to learn something new.

Team celebration, we competed as a team and I couldn't be more proud of all the podium positions.
Strongman Saturday conditioning. No one had a good time, aside from the coaches.
Remember you need to train your heart as well, it doesn't matter how much you can lift, if you have a heart attack after 10 minutes its all pretty useless.
