The inner perimeters include;

• the sir John Guise drive,
• the independence boulevard
• the national courthouse area
• the Moresby arts theater and golf course area.
• Waigani PTC Compound roundabout.

It is advisable that your movements in these areas be limited to and only if necessary and avoid the National Parliament House unless given invite.
