Announcements for ending of Term 3.
Those not in the school's whatsapp groups to collect the hardcopy of the newsletter from the school office today.
Term 3 Week 4/10:
Good morning and welcome to Week 4.
Due to circumstances beyond our control ( water supply, electricity etc) classes will end at 12 this week Monday to Friday.
Classes from 8am to 12 today until Friday.
Many thanks on your understanding of this short notice.

Due to the weather you may start picking up by 1pm by the back steps only (giving children ample time to have their lunch from 12 to 12:30 pm)
Firstly; inform the securities please then they will go bring your child from the classroom so as not to disrupt classes.

Good evening all parents and guardians of our 2025 students:
Tomorrow Monday 27th January 2025 no classes.
Reason: Funeral Service of a pioneer church member of the June Valley SDA Church.
We officially begin on Tuesday 8am to 3pm.
Late registrations for our students this week Tuesday afternoon and Thursday afternoon from 3 to 4pm only.

A kindly reminder to parents/ guardians of continuing students:
This Friday is the final day from 9am to 12pm for submitting receipts of your early bird payments.
School office closes this Friday after the given timing above.

Friday 13th September 2024
We are grateful to our Heavenly Father for having you parents/ guardians, students and staff as part of the J.V.A.A community for Term3.
Our heartfelt gratitude to all you wonderful parents/ guardians for the lovely PNG bilas that our students were in.
We had lots of fun, laughter, love and a bit of sweets to end the term.
If your child was absent yesterday Thursday 12th September 2024 then kindly pick up the newsletter next week Tuesday to Thursday between 8am to 4pm at the school office.
We will contact individual parents on when to come and pick up the reprinted student I.d cards.
Have a safe and blessed weekend and an enjoyable PNG Day celebration.
See you all on the 30th September after the 2 weeks of holidays.

As per notice given out to those who attended classes yesterday:
NO CLASSES TODAY.
All information included in the notice yesterday.
Tuesday 13th August 2024.
Heavy rain here at the school. Keep the children at home today for their health and safety. Classes resume tomorrow.
Pneumonia on the rise so keep them warm please.
Apologies for the late notice. Weather is beyond our control.
If you have already dropped them off at school then please pick them up by 12pm. They will sit and wait in their classrooms for pickup.

Good day and welcome back to a week of normal classes.
Just 2 announcements:
1. Our school still on normal class timings today 8am to 2pm.
We have 2 reserve tanks so water supply is still enough for today's full day of classes though our city is currently facing low to no water supply.
If we do run low on supply then we always let everyone know during the morning hours of that day or the night before.
2. Public Holiday tomorrow so no classes.
We expect everyone to resume classes on Wednesday 24th July 2024.

Good day.
Kindly pickup on time and be alert when you are walking up/ down or in vehicles.
It is another evening of the State of Origin so just keeping everyone alert of any opportunists during pickup time at 2pm here at the Tokarara/ June Valley area.
Tomorrow Thursday ALL STUDENTS are to be in SPORTS UNIFORM PLEASE.
