Have you ever realized on new born neonates right after birth have no tears when they cry?

There are three (3) types of breech deliveries; 1. Spontaneous Breech 2: Assisted Breech 3: Extracted Breech.

There was a case with breech presentation. The mother was in second stage of labour and she pushed until both legs came out spontaneously and birthed the baby to where the umbilical region was. A nurse midwife on the shift came and saw a that both legs were birthed already, she started pulling down on the breech to get the baby's nap of the neck visible.

Next, you know what, it took quiet a while again for the baby's head to come out. At last the baby was delivered unfortunately the baby died.

What would be the maneuvers use for breech in this case.
