Sukundimi Walks Before Me is more than a film. It is a journey through memory, resistance, identity, and the living spirit of the Sepik River. Through the voices of communities, youth, elders, and guardians of the river, the film confronts the growing pressure of extractive development and asks a powerful question:

What happens when the lifeblood of a people is placed at risk?
