Last night we wrapped up the year with our Closing Function & Final Year Night 🎓💚
The night included certificate presentations to our final years, handover-takeover between the 2025 and 2026 executives, cake cutting, and some light refreshments to close the night. 🎂✨
Big thanks to everyone who contributed and showed up — the night was a success and one to remember! ❤️

A small kaikai, big appreciation 💚💛🦋🦋
OSSA execs led by our president came together to say thank you to our traditional dance trainers for all their effort during the Independence program 🇵🇬✨
We shared some food, laughter, and gave a small token of appreciation — food and cash — from our student hearts, done the Oro way! 🙌🏾
Big thanks as well to Mr. and Mrs. Maino and family for their support towards this program — truly appreciated! ❤️

LAST STOP – MARK PHILIP PRIMARY SCHOOL, BAGOU (30/06/2025) 📍

Mark Philip Primary School at Bagou was part of our awareness program, but due to time, the rest of the team had to return to Morobe.

Shoutout to Charley Avediba for stepping up and making sure the students there didn't miss out. He took the initiative to carry out the outreach solo, with support from family and locals.

Appreciate the effort, Charley — thanks for carrying the OSSA banner all the way to the finish line!

CLEANATHON WRAP-UP UPDATE – THANK YOU ORO! 🙌

It’s been just over a month since our Town Cleanathon & Info Session at the Crafts Market, Popondetta Town (held on 20th June 2025), and we’re beyond grateful for the amazing support from the people of Oro Province!

Our team successfully carried out a cleanup around town, followed by an interactive info session for students interested in tertiary education and Unitech programs.

A huge thank you to everyone who purchased our OSSA merchandise – the Unitech Oro shirts SOLD OUT to a great number of customers!
The funds raised were used to support our team’s travel back to Morobe — a huge help!

Your support not only made this event possible but also helped promote youth involvement, academic awareness, and community responsibility.

We are proud to serve our province and will continue to build stronger bridges between education and community development.
THANK YOU ORO – YOU MADE IT HAPPEN! 🙏
