This message goes out to all successful applicants for UOG 2026 Admission to take note regarding access to your Acceptance Letters.
You are required to use your email address to retrieve your offer letter using the guidelines provided herein.
1) The successful candidate SHOULD directly email the a/Deputy Director Mrs. Sibauk using the following email addresses: [email protected]; or [email protected] and,
2) attach the following documents to verify that you are the genuine new entrant.
i) Non School Leaver to submit the copy of your Gr. 12 Certificate
ii) School Leaver to submit copy of your Gr. 12 Online Result; and,
iii) Others that are accepted under GDT, Inservice and transit programs are to submit the copy of your highest qualification attained after Gr.12 inorder to redeem your Acceptance Letter.
Acceptance Letters would not be uploaded to UOG website for accessibility as was done as in 2025 because of Wrong people accessing the Acceptance Letters claiming to be the genuine candidate which resulted in having two or more people bearing the same name fronting up at the registration desks with the same Acceptance Letter.
FOR those School Leavers and Non School Leavers that have received congratulatory messages and selected via Online Selection from DHERST but your name was not included in the Admission List are required to use the same email address as provided aforesaid to contact officers concerned for your query.
