Kindly be informed that the Teacher Provisional Registration Certificates are ready for pick up.
Call in to Student Administration Division Office for the documents.
Also note that some of you will be put on pay roll in the coming pay days since all copies of your certificates are left with Salary Section at Fincorp Haus.

This is to inform those possible graduands to Graduate in Absentia 2021 to contact the Student Administration Division without delay to nominate your centre for the delivery of your official testamurs.

In compliance with the Academic Senate and Council Decision, there will be NO any mini graduations ceremony conducted for the delivery of the official testamurs including the main campus.

Graduand will turn up at his/her own convenience at the nominated centre at the scheduled dates as advertised to receive the Testamurs...New Normal Protocols are to be adhered to.

ANY ARRANGED MINI GRADUATION CEREMONY AT THOSE CENTRES BY ANY PARTIES ARE DISCOURAGED AND WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED...

The University is not stopping you to celebrate with your families and sponsors.

UOG-Sepik Campus and UOG-Enga Campus Orientation and Registration Dates are as follow;

Travel Dates: 8th to 14th February 2021
Orientation and Registration: 15th to 19th February 2021.
Point of Pick up is at Kagamuga Airport daily on those dates for UOG-Enga Campus while Boram Airport is the pick up point on a daily basis for UOG-Sepik Campus.
The University buses will be at those airports for pick ups..
