Inovacioni, Ndërmarrësia dhe Konkurrueshmëria Digjitale në fokus të ISCBE 2026 në Valenci

Konferenca e 9-të Shkencore Ndërkombëtare për Biznes dhe Ekonomi (ISCBE 2026), e zhvilluar nën temën “Ekonomitë e Gatshme për të Ardhmen: Inovacioni, Ndërmarrësia dhe Konkurrueshmëria Digjitale”, u mbajt nga data 11 deri më 12 qershor 2026 në Universitetin Evropian të Valencias, Spanjë. Konferenca u organizua nga Fakulteti i Biznesit dhe Ekonomisë i Universitetit të Evropës Juglindore (UEJL), duke bërë bashkë akademikë, studiues dhe profesionistë nga mbarë bota për të diskutuar mbi të ardhmen e biznesit, inovacionit dhe transformimit digjital.

Konferenca u hap me një seancë mirëseardhjeje, ku mbajtën fjalime Enrique Fatas Juberias, Drejtor i Institutit të Ekonomisë së Sjelljes, Blerta Abazi Çaushi, Dekane e Fakultetit të Biznesit dhe Ekonomisë në UEJL, Emmanuël Hazé, Zyrtar Kryesor i Implemetimit në Aleancën ChallengeEU, si dhe Kryesuesi i konferencës, Veland Ramadani, i cili prezantoi një përmbledhje të ISCBE 2026 dhe objektivave të saj.

Seanca Plenare vuri në pah sfidat dhe mundësitë kryesore bashkëkohore që lidhen me inteligjencën artificiale dhe transformimin digjital. Marco Valeri, Profesor i Asociuar në Universitetin Niccolò Cusano, Itali, prezantoi mbi rolin e Inteligjencës Artificiale Agjentore – (Agentic AI) në formësimin e së ardhmes së planifikimit të udhëtimeve, ndërsa Catalina Franco nga Shkolla Norvegjeze e Ekonomisë (NHH) trajtoi ndikimin e inteligjencës artificiale në barazinë gjinore.

Konferenca vazhdoi me seanca tematike mbi qëndrueshmërinë, ekonominë dhe financat, ndërmarrësinë dhe inovacionin, menaxhimin dhe marketingun, inteligjencën artificiale, sistemet e informacionit dhe aspektet ligjore të ekonomive të gatshme për të ardhmen, duke ofruar një platformë të vlefshme për shkëmbim dhe bashkëpunim akademik ndërkombëtar.

Përmes ISCBE 2026, Fakulteti i Biznesit dhe Ekonomisë i Universitetit të Evropës Juglindore dëshmoi edhe një herë përkushtimin e tij për të çuar përpara ekselencën në kërkim shkencor, bashkëpunimin ndërkombëtar dhe mendimin inovativ në adresimin e sfidave të ekonomive të së nesërmes.

Иновациите, претприемништвото и дигиталната конкурентност во фокусот на конференцијата ISCBE 2026 во Валенсија

Деветтата меѓународна научна конференција за бизнис и економија (ISCBE 2026), која се одржа под темата „Економии подготвени за иднината: Иновации, претприемништво и дигитална конкурентност“, се реализираше од 11 до 12 јуни 2026 година на Европскиот универзитет во Валенсија, Шпанија. Конференцијата беше организирана од Факултетот за бизнис и економија на Универзитетот на Југоисточна Европа (УЈИЕ), здружувајќи академици, истражувачи и професионалци од целиот свет за да дискутираат за иднината на бизнисот, иновациите и дигиталната трансформација.

Конференцијата беше отворена со поздравна сесија на која се обратија Енрике Фатас Хуберијас, директор на Институтот за бихевиорална економија, Блерта Абази Чауши, деканка на Факултетот за бизнис и економија на УЈИЕ, Емануел Хазе, главен извршен директор за имплементација на алијансата „ChallengeEU“, и претседавачот на конференцијата, Веланд Рамадани, кој претстави преглед на ISCBE 2026 и нејзините цели.

На пленарната сесија се истакнаа клучните современи предизвици и можности поврзани со вештачката интелигенција и дигиталната трансформација. Марко Валери, вонреден професор на Универзитетот „Николо Кузано“ од Италија, имаше излагање за улогата на агентската вештачка интелигенција (Agentic AI) во обликувањето на иднината на планирањето патувања, додека Каталина Франко од Норвешката школа за економија се осврна на влијанието на вештачката интелигенција врз родовата еднаквост.

Конференцијата продолжи со тематски сесии за одржливост, економија и финансии, претприемништво и иновации, менаџмент и маркетинг, вештачка интелигенција, информациски системи и правни аспекти на економиите подготвени за иднината, обезбедувајќи вредна платформа за меѓународна академска размена и соработка.

Преку ISCBE 2026, Факултетот за бизнис и економија на Универзитетот на Југоисточна Европа уште еднаш ја покажа својата посветеност кон унапредување на извонредноста во истражувањето, меѓународната соработка и иновативното размислување при справувањето со предизвиците на економиите на иднината.

Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Digital Competitiveness at the Center of ISCBE 2026 in Valencia
The 9th International Scientific Conference on Business and Economics (ISCBE 2026), held under the theme “Future-Ready Economies: Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Digital Competitiveness,” took place from 11–12 June 2026 at the European University of Valencia, Spain. The conference was organized by the Faculty of Business and Economics of the South East European University (SEEU), bringing together academics, researchers, and professionals from across the globe to discuss the future of business, innovation, and digital transformation.

The conference opened with a Welcome Session featuring addresses by Enrique Fatas Juberias, Director of the Behavioral Economics Institute, Blerta Abazi Çaushi, Dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics at SEEU, Emmanuël Hazé, Chief Implementation Officer of the ChallengeEU Alliance, and Conference Chairperson Veland Ramadani, who presented an overview of ISCBE 2026 and its objectives.

The Plenary Session highlighted key contemporary challenges and opportunities related to artificial intelligence and digital transformation. Marco Valeri, Associate Professor at Niccolò Cusano University, Italy, presented on the role of Agentic AI in shaping the future of travel planning, while Catalina Franco from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) addressed the impact of artificial intelligence on gender equality.

The conference continued with thematic sessions on sustainability, economics and finance, entrepreneurship and innovation, management and marketing, artificial intelligence, information systems, and legal aspects of future-ready economies, providing a valuable platform for international academic exchange and collaboration.

Through ISCBE 2026, the Faculty of Business and Economics of the South East European University once again demonstrated its commitment to advancing research excellence, international cooperation, and innovative thinking in addressing the challenges of tomorrow’s economies.

SEEU Welcomes University of Amsterdam's Grand Tour students

On June 10th, 30 humanities students and 2 teachers from the University of Amsterdam's Grand Tour foundation visited South Eastern European University (SEEU) in Tetovo, continuing a partnership that began three years ago.

The group, organized by committee members Vera Strijdhorst and Sophie Collé, is on an annual study trip through Albania, North Macedonia, Kosovo, and Montenegro, focusing on the history, politics, and culture of the region with special attention to the Albanian diaspora.

Bujar Sinani, Head of SEEU's International Relations Office, welcomed the visitors and presented the university's mission to contribute to higher education in the Albanian language through a multilingual and multicultural approach.

Following the presentation, an open discussion took place between the Dutch guests and the representatives of the SEEU Students Parliament and Association. The visiting students engaged with SEEU students to learn more about their experiences, while also gaining insights about the culture, history, and politics in Tetovo and North Macedonia.

The students then enjoyed a campus tour led by the same representatives from the Students Parliament and Students Association, who shared insights about student life at SEEU. During their stay, the students had the chance to visit the Max Van Der Stoel Research Institute, the Library, as well as the Faculty of Health Sciences, gaining firsthand insight into SEEU's academic facilities and research capabilities.

The day concluded with a friendly volleyball game on SEEU's sports terrain, where Dutch and SEEU students competed together, fostering informal connections and cultural exchange.

The visit reinforced the successful partnership between the University of Amsterdam's Grand Tour foundation and SEEU, highlighting the university's importance as a center for multilingual education in Southeastern Europe.

UEJL në Samitin Evropian EDIH 2026 në Bruksel

Bruksel, 9–10 qershor 2026 — Universiteti i Evropës Juglindore (UEJL) po merr pjesë në Samitin EDIH 2026: "Forcimi i Ekosistemit të Inovacionit të Inteligjencës Artificiale (IA)", i cili po mbahet në Qendrën e Konventave "The SQUARE" në Bruksel, si pjesë e Qendrës Evropiane të Inovacionit Digjital "DigitMak" (EDIH). UEJL-ja përfaqësohet nga Prof. Dr. Florije Ismaili, Prof. Dr. Blerta Abazi Çaushi dhe Prof. Dr. Agron Çaushi.
Samiti bën bashkë të gjithë rrjetin e Qendrave Evropiane të Inovacionit Digjital, krahas institucioneve të BE-së, shteteve anëtare, infrastrukturave të IA-së dhe aktorëve të inovacionit, për të shqyrtuar se si funksionon në praktikë ekosistemi i IA-së në Evropë. Me Aktin e IA-së tashmë në fuqi, Planin e Veprimit për Kontinentin e IA-së të miratuar dhe Strategjinë "Apply AI" në zhvillim e sipër, pyetja qendrore e programit të këtij viti është nëse ndërmarrjet e vogla dhe të mesme si dhe administratat publike mund të kenë qasje në infrastrukturën e duhur, të marrin udhëzime të besueshme dhe të kalojnë nga interesi fillestar në adoptimin kuptimplotë të IA-së.
Gjatë dy ditëve, seancat hulumtojnë se si EDIH-et i lidhin organizatat me pjesët e tjera të ekosistemit të inovacionit të IA-së në BE, duke përfshirë Fabrikat e IA-së (AI Factories), Objektet e Testimit dhe Eksperimentimit (TEF) dhe zonat rregullatore eksperimentale; si mjetet e përbashkëta dhe kornizat e përbashkëta të vlerësimit e mbështesin këtë punë; dhe si qasjet e dëshmuara mund të shtrihen nëpër rajone dhe sektorë të ndryshëm. Një temë e përsëritur përgjatë gjithë programit është se si strukturat mbështetëse duhet të përshtaten teksa IA-ja gjenerative dhe agjentike po riformësojnë nevojat e organizatave.
Agjenda përfshin punën mbi mjetet e përbashkëta të rrjetit, mes tyre përditësimet e Mjetit të Vlerësimit të Pjekurisë Digjitale (DMAT2), treguesit kryesorë të performancës dhe panelet e rishikuara të të dhënave, seancat mbi qasjen në financa, IA-në për sektorin publik, fuqinë punëtore të përgatitur për IA-në, si dhe grupe tematike të dedikuara pune. Programi gjithashtu përmban takime të drejtpërdrejta biznesi, Ndarjen e Çmimeve të Rrjetit EDIH 2026, si dhe panele të nivelit të lartë mbi politikën evropiane të IA-së dhe prioritetet e shteteve anëtare për inovacion.
Për UEJL-në, pjesëmarrja në Samit përforcon rolin e Universitetit brenda "DigitMak" EDIH dhe përkushtimin e tij për të mbështetur transformimin digjital dhe të IA-së në mbarë Maqedoninë e Veriut. Shkëmbimet në Bruksel forcojnë lidhjen e UEJL-së me rrjetin më të gjerë evropian të inovacionit dhe informojnë se si Universiteti, përmes "DigitMak", mbështet NVM-të dhe institucionet publike në rrugën e tyre drejt adoptimit të IA-së.

УЈИЕ на Европскиот самит за ЕДИХ 2026 во Брисел

Брисел, 9–10 јуни 2026 година — Универзитетот на Југоисточна Европа (УЈИЕ) учествува на Самитот за ЕДИХ 2026 : „Зајакнување на иновацискиот екосистем за вештачка интелигенција“, кој се одржува во конвенцискиот центар „The SQUARE“ во Брисел, како дел од Европскиот дигитален иновациски хаб ДигитМак (DigitMak EDIH). УЈИЕ е претставуван од проф. д-р Флорије Исмаили, проф. д-р Блерта Абази Чауши и проф. д-р Агрон Чауши.
Самитот ја обединува целата мрежа на Европски дигитален иновациски хабови (ЕДИХ), заедно со институциите на ЕУ, земјите-членки, инфраструктурите за вештачка интелигенција (ВИ) и иновациските актери, со цел да се испита како функционира екосистемот за ВИ во Европа во пракса. Со оглед на тоа што Актот за вештачка интелигенција (AI Act) е веќе во сила, Акцискиот план за ВИ на континентот е усвоен, а Стратегијата за примена на ВИ е во тек, централното прашање на овогодинешната програма е дали малите и средните претпријатија и јавните администрации можат да пристапат до вистинската инфраструктура, да добијат доверливи насоки и да напредуваат од првичен интерес до значајно прифаќање на вештачката интелигенција.
Во текот на два дена, на сесиите се истражува како ЕДИХ ги поврзуваат организациите со другите делови од иновацискиот екосистем за ВИ на ЕУ, вклучувајќи ги Фабриките за ВИ (AI Factories), Капацитетите за тестирање и експериментирање (TEF) и регулаторните „песочници“ (regulatory sandboxes); како заедничките алатки и споделените рамки за проценка ја поддржуваат оваа работа; и како докажаните пристапи можат да се прошират низ регионите и секторите. Тема која постојано се повторува во текот на програмата е како структурите за поддршка мора да се прилагодат со оглед на тоа што генеративната и агентската ВИ ги менуваат потребите на организациите.
Агендата вклучува работа на заедничките алатки на мрежата, меѓу кои и ажурирања на Алатката за проценка на „дигиталната зрелост“ (DMAT2), ревидирани клучни индикатори за учинок и контролни табли, сесии за пристап до финансии, вештачка интелигенција за јавниот сектор, работна сила подготвена за ВИ и посветени тематски работни групи. Програмата, исто така, вклучува и директни деловни средби (one-to-one matchmaking), Наградите на мрежата на ЕДИХ за 2026 година, како и панели на високо ниво за европската политика за вештачка интелигенција и приоритетите на земјите-членки за иновации.

SEEU at the European EDIH Summit 2026 in Brussels

Brussels, 9–10 June 2026 — South East European University (SEEU) is taking part in the EDIH Summit 2026: Strengthening the AI Innovation Ecosystem, held at The SQUARE Brussels Convention Centre, as part of the DigitMak European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH). SEEU is represented by Prof. Florije Ismaili, Prof. Blerta Abazi Chaushi, and Prof. Agron Chaushi.
The Summit brings together the full European Digital Innovation Hubs network, alongside EU institutions, Member States, AI infrastructures, and innovation actors, to examine how Europe's AI ecosystem functions in practice. With the AI Act now in force, the AI Continent Action Plan adopted, and the Apply AI Strategy underway, the central question of this year's programme is whether small and medium-sized enterprises and public administrations can access the right infrastructure, obtain trusted guidance, and progress from initial interest to meaningful AI adoption.
Over two days, sessions explore how EDIHs connect organisations with other parts of the EU AI innovation ecosystem, including AI Factories, Testing and Experimentation Facilities (TEFs), and regulatory sandboxes; how common tools and shared assessment frameworks support this work; and how proven approaches can be scaled across regions and sectors. A recurring theme throughout the programme is how support structures must adapt as generative and agentic AI reshape what organisations need.
The agenda includes work on the network's common tools, among them updates to the Digital Maturity Assessment Tool (DMAT2), revised key performance indicators and dashboards, sessions on access to finance, AI for the public sector, the AI-ready workforce, and dedicated thematic working groups. The programme also features one-to-one matchmaking, the EDIH Network Awards 2026, and high-level panels on European AI policy and Member State priorities for innovation.
For SEEU, participation in the Summit reinforces the University's role within the DigitMak EDIH and its commitment to supporting digital and AI transformation across North Macedonia. The exchanges in Brussels strengthen SEEU's connection to the wider European innovation network and inform how the University, through DigitMak, supports SMEs and public institutions on their path to AI adoption.
