Borris Community Playschool LTD We provide sessional care for Pre-school age children. We provide ECCE places for children in the community.

The Playschool began in 1999, when a group of parents got together, formed a committee and applied for a grand from the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform. While waiting the playschool operated on a voluntary basis, with donations of toys & equipment from the community. Grant was received for the purchase of equipment suitable for playschool use and for staffing. In 2014 we moved from the Town Hall to a Respond building in Oak Tree Court, where we can provide more playschool and ECCE places for children in the community.

Thanks so much to the oak tree court committee for providing us with these fabulous pumpkins!

We had a very busy day today as first we welcomed Richard,Paul,Chris & Dean from MLR with the winning trophy, this was very exciting!
Then we had beep beep day learning all about road safety and making crafts & snacks using the colors of the traffic lights.
