The kids just found these beauties under the hedge- and I thought the girls were taking a winter break from laying.. Creamy scrambled eggs for tea? Tip: add a dollop of sour cream or creme fraiche (not milk) to whisked eggs for a velvety creamy result.

Heart-y digestive biscuits..for the weekend that's in it. Enjoy with butter, cheese or a dipping of melted chocolate.
250g Wholemeal flour, 1/2 tsp bread soda, 50g brown sugar,120g butter, 50g oats, 6tbsp milk. Whizz in a food processor, roll, cut in to shapes, bake at 160 for 20-25 mins.
