IMEB approved Clareville Montessori School opened on September 1st 2005. It's situated on the Tullow Road beside Karl McDonagh's photographic studio.

Clareville Montessori school is purpose built consisting of 3 spacious fully equipped Montessori classrooms and an arts and crafts and relaxing room. It is situated on half an acre with a huge back garden fenced in for the safety and privacy of the children. Wonderful to see scarecrows around Carlow town encouraging the no mow May initiative. We here in Clareville have always enjoyed our wild flower garden for many years encouraging biodiversity for all our pollinators. So to join in with Carlow town we have also added our own scarecrow in Clareville 🐝🌷
