Part-Time School Driver Wanted

We are looking for a reliable and friendly driver to assist with school drop-offs and pick-ups. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, ideal for someone who enjoys working with families and has a safe driving record.

Details of the Role:

Days: 1 to 5 days per week, depending on your availability.

Hours: Morning and afternoon school runs (specific times to be discussed).

School Term Only: This role is during the school term.

Responsibilities: Safely transporting children to and from school. A vehicle will be provided. (9 seater mini van)

Requirements:

1. A full, clean driving license.
2. Punctuality and dependability are a must.
3. Previous experience working with children or families is a bonus.

Happy New Year to everyone! From all the staff at Jigsaw Childcare 🥳🎉

We had a great few weeks with lots of Christmas fun. We enjoyed some Christmas arts and crafts, we did our very own toy show, our Santa’s work shop was a great hit, the children really enjoyed helping Santa get the presents ready. We finished our last week with a Santa’s breakfast club and lots of games and a party.

We would like to thank the Maganey Industries for sending us loads for selection boxes for all the children. Happy Christmas everyone 🎄

This week we took part in science week and world rhyme week.

The children took part in different science activities such as making their own bubble towers, sinking and floating, mixing colours and a walking water experiment.

During rhyme week the children did activities for the rhymes Twinkle Twinkle little Star, Old McDonald, The Big Ship Sails, Incy Wincy Spider and 5 Currant Buns.

Happy Halloween everybody!

In our Killeen service we had lots of Halloween fun. The children made witches gloop and pumpkin soup. They had a pumpkin hunt and did some Halloween art. Then to finish off the week, we had a Halloween dress up party.

In our Highfield service, the parents and children carved some fantastic pumpkins at home and brought them in for a Halloween display to show all their friends. The parents and grandparents were invited in for some fun Halloween activities!

We had two lovely weeks exploring Road Safety and also our grandparents/ parent day was a great success, thank you all the grandparents/ parents for coming in and spending time with us. The children really enjoyed the activities we did.

We were very lucky to have two visitors on Thursday Garda Padraic & Garda Dale who came to visit us & talk about keeping safe and they came in their Garda Van so their was great excitement! A special thanks Padraic Sophie’s dad for making this visit possible.

It’s hard to believe last week we had great weather ☀️with the ploughing championship on the children enjoyed some ploughing themed activities.

We would like to thank Larry for bringing in his loader the children including myself were so excited.

We read some books around ploughing and the children enjoyed doing these lovely pictures.
