**SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT** Our school musical plans are well and truly underway! This is a very special musical which will kick start Tyndall Colleges 10 Year anniversary celebrations! All students from 1st to 6th year are welcome to attend an information meeting next Friday September 4th where we shall reveal more details about this truly amazing musical! There are lots of opportunities for students to be involved both on stage and backstage and this year we will have a special vocal group for those singers who love singing but don’t fancy being in the spotlight on stage so please come along and we will answer any questions you may have! ✨

Tyndall makes the news again! A massive congratulations to all of our Leaving Certificate students on receiving their wonderful results last Friday. We had students achieving above 600 points and many over 500. Around 120 students completed the Leaving Certificate and another 40 completed the Leaving Certificate Applied route, with 70% of the latter achieving a distinction. We are so proud of these phenomenal results and to see the hard work, dedication and determination of our students pay off. Every result represents hours of study, perseverance, challenges overcome and goals worked towards. At Tyndall College, we believe in setting high expectations, supporting our students to reach their potential and creating an environment where they can believe in what they are capable of achieving. These results are a fantastic reminder of just how much can be achieved through ambition, commitment and hard work.

Best of luck to our students Daniel, Jake, Millie, Katie Ann, Rose, Tatiana, Cathal, Robyn, Anna and Tymon who will take to the stage this week as part of ‘We Will Rock You’ at VISUAL Carlow from 26th–28th August.

They are part of a company of almost 60 young people involved in Carlow’s first dedicated Summer Youth Musical, bringing together young performers from across the county and beyond for an incredible summer of music, theatre and new friendships.

We’re incredibly proud to see our own students involved and wish them and the entire company the very best for show week!

On June 27th an AsIAm Ireland Autistic Youth Congress will take place in Dublin for people aged 14-17. This is being led by our very own student Caoimhe Kelly and we couldn’t be prouder of her efforts and leadership as she advocates for autistic people.
