It's September 1st, and this month we're launching our campaign.

At ANTA Education, we want to empower young people to think for themselves, be creative, follow their own path, and take ownership of their future.

Too often, young people are told what they should do next. We believe they should be encouraged to explore who they are, discover what they're capable of, and make informed choices about where they want their lives to go.

With the help, guidance and support of the ANTA team, we're inspiring young people to take control of what happens after school. Whether that's employment, further education, an apprenticeship, starting a business, or pursuing a passion, every journey starts with a simple belief:

I WILL.

Through our Alternative Provision partnerships, support for young people not in education, employment or training, projects such as Women in STEM, and a range of employability and personal development programmes, we're creating environments where young people can thrive, grow in confidence, and realise their potential.

The question is simple...

What will you do?

discover who I am.
develop the skills I need.
achieve my personal goals.
progress my life & career.

Congratulations to everyone receiving their GCSE results today.

Whether your results were exactly what you hoped for or not quite what you expected, take a moment to be proud of yourself. You worked hard, showed up, faced challenges, and gave it your best shot.

Remember, exam results do not define your worth, your potential, or your future. Sometimes life doesn't go exactly to plan, but that doesn't mean the journey ends. It simply means you're taking a different path to get where you're meant to be.

Most importantly, know that the people who care about you are proud of you, regardless of what is written on a piece of paper today.

Be proud. Keep believing in yourself. This is not the end of your story, it's just the beginning of your next chapter.

For the past 2 years we’ve had the pleasure of working with the staff and students Idsall School and Sixth Form.

From September we’ll be working with more schools across Shropshire, Staffordshire and the West Midlands

Students at Idsall School have gained an accredited Health and Safety in a Construction Environment qualification through two separate projects delivered by ANTA Community Training CIC.

Learn to

Free 2 hour sessions for anyone in Telford aged 10 to 15.

During your free sessions you'll learn to:
Cut Tracks & perform basic beat matching.
Execute simple mixes.
Understand core concepts like BPM, phrasing and flow.
And importantly you'll get to know how music can impact your future career.

We'll be in Donnington wc the 10th of August and Newport later in the month.

Malc and I popped in to see Graham and the team Idsall School this morning.

Last week, thanks to a grant from Telford and Wrekin CVS we had the pleasure of working with 14 amazing year 10 students, all with aspirations of a career in the industry.

This funding has given these students access to an additional qualification, delivered by ANTA Community Training CIC that will help them access employment in the future.

I can’t thank Jeni and the team at CVS enough for their support over recent months and working with us to access this funding. As well as Ash and Graham at Idsall for helping us give young people additional opportunities like this.

This funding and these opportunities are essential for students to help build confidence and add to their career prospects longer term. We’re incredibly proud to be part of the network making a difference to young people.

Helping people grow, helping people achieve and helping people aspire for more is all I ever wanted ANTA Education to be...

This academic year has ended with a blue print of everything that our alternative provision will be in the future. Embedding employability, functional skills and work experience is the tip of it. When a young person keeps coming back, when they enter the room with a smile, when they leave with the same smile, that's the greatest achievement for me...everything else that we want to achieve is possible from that point.

The students that have stuck with us this year have been a pleasure. Continuing into next I genuinely can't wait to have them back along with some new faces joining us. We'll be launching a couple of new pathways and something REALLY exciting for young people who love cars!

We've got summer programmes and other projects to think about over the next 6 weeks. But to the schools, the parents, students and all of my network who have helped... THANKYOU!! From the bottom of my heart...it's been a journey that's going to make a big impact and I can't wait to see what happens next!!
