🌊 Drowning Prevention Week | 13th–20th June 🌊

Awareness saves lives.

This Drowning Prevention Week, we're reminding everyone to stay safe around rivers, lakes, canals, and open water **during our swimming lessons and beyond**. While these environments can be enjoyable places to explore, they can also present hidden dangers including strong currents, cold water shock, slippery banks, underwater obstacles, and deep mud.

Before heading near the water, remember the Water Safety Code:

Throughout the week, we'll be sharing important water safety messages and reinforcing these vital skills **during our swimming lessons**. A little awareness can make a big difference and help keep everyone safe around water.
