Are you passionate about swimming and helping others develop their confidence in the water?

We are looking for a Part-Time Swimming Assistant to join our team for up to 4 hours per week.

✅ Level 1 Swim England Swim Assistant qualification desirable, but not essential
✅ Great opportunity to gain experience in a supportive environment
✅ Up to 4 hours per week

We Are Recruiting…

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Gym Instructor to join our Fitness team at Burntwood Leisure Centre.

Hours: 15 hour contract
Pay: £13.45 per hour

Responsibilities:
-Conduct pre-exercise screening and Inductions for new gym members.
- Identifying and agreeing smart short- medium- and long-term goals.
- Plan and deliver Gym floor classes.
- Creating bespoke programmes suitable for each individual taking into account needs and abilities with safety always in mind.
- Selecting and correctly demonstrating a variety of training methods that can be used by customers.
- Providing customers with general gym exercise advice.
- Provide assistance to customers at all times in order to correct unsafe techniques.
-Maintain the gym floor, keeping all activity areas clean.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the Health & wellbeing industry is preferred.
-Strong knowledge of gym equipment usage and training techniques.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work with individuals of all ages and skill levels.
-L3 Gym Instructor qualification.
-Must be able to pass a background check.
