🏊 We’re making swimming more accessible for everyone.

Lichfield Leisure Centre has achieved Swim England’s Water Wellbeing Accreditation, recognising its work to make swimming more accessible and supportive for people with disabilities and long-term health conditions.

That includes Dementia Friendly Swimming sessions, specialist training for swimming teachers and training across the wider leisure centre team.

It’s all about helping more residents feel welcome, supported and confident in the water – and making sure more people can benefit from swimming for their health and wellbeing. 💙
