🏆 WHAT A YEAR CASSIE ALLSOPP HAS HAD! ⛳️
At the start of the year, Cassie and I sat down and spoke about what she wanted to achieve. Her answer? She wanted to play golf for herself. A very mature thing to say, and something we could build a plan around.
Fast forward to now, and we’ve achieved some fantastic things together! 👏
🏆 Order of Merit Winner
🇮🇪 Heading to Ireland for the Champions of Champions!
But it hasn’t just been about results. This year has also been about getting out of her comfort zone, playing new and different courses, adapting to unfamiliar challenges and continuing to develop her game.
Halfway through the season, we also introduced new woods into the bag, which meant going through a big equipment change. Cassie started the year using ladies’ flex woods and has progressed to needing men’s stiff shafts! 💥 That tells you something about the speed she has developed.
What stands out most to me, though, is Cassie’s attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to improving. She has some fantastic people behind her, and that makes a huge difference.
👏 A special mention to her parents, too. The words “Tom, we trust you” are something I’ve heard plenty of times, and they mean a lot. That trust makes my job so much easier and allows me to focus on helping Cassie develop her game. Having parents who believe in the process and give me the freedom to do what I feel is best for her golf is something I never take for granted.
Cassie should be incredibly proud of what she has achieved this year. We set a goal, put a plan in place and got to work. From winning the Order of Merit to taking on new courses and earning the opportunity to compete in Ireland, she has made fantastic progress.
The best part? We’re only getting started! 🎯
On to the next goal, Cassie! 👊⛳️
