Proud to share this from our founder, Sharon McCormick, in her role at The Listening Centre.
It's a good reminder of something we teach from day one here at Adept โ safety first, staying present without rushing to fix, trauma-informed practice as standard, not an add-on.
Worth attending for our students, anyone who trained with us and sharing with your business network. โจ๏ธ
At The Listening Centre, we work with many organisations across the Midlands โ including local authorities, public sector bodies, and private employers โ supporting their people through workplace wellbeing provision that consistently outperforms industry benchmarks.
This World Su***de Prevention Day, we're sharing some of that expertise more widely โ with the organisations that commission workplace wellbeing, and with the community groups and teams that support people directly, every day.
