Lisa completed her Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills with us. Those are her words, not ours.

Halfway through the Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills, Lisa said this:

"It has changed me as a person for the better. I listen more carefully, I'm more attentive. I don't jump in. I don't judge. And we have a laugh!"

Lisa enrolled on our listening skills course and enjoyed it so much she came straight onto the Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills.

Meet Becky. She's a Deputy Head Teacher who enrolled on our Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills to better support the parents and children she works with every day.

By week 3 she was already implementing what she'd learned — bringing counselling strategies into staff meetings to help teachers communicate more effectively with parents.
