✏️✏️✏️ After-school Art Clubs! 🎉

I will be back in the following schools in September with my first unit of the year, ‘Drawing Club’…

Bookings are not yet open, please see below for how to book for your school. Info will hopefully go out to parents via each school in the first week, but I will also keep you updated on here so keep an eye out!

✏️ Mondays:
St. Stephen’s Fradley (Key Stage 2 only)

Bookings will open once the school ping has gone out to KS2 parents in the first week. Hopefully starting club on Monday 7th September.

✏️ Tuesdays:
Gentleshaw Primary (Key Stage 2 only)

Bookings will open once the school has emailed KS2 parents in the first week with booking instructions.

✏️ Wednesdays:
Greysbrooke Primary (Key Stage 2 only)

The school will email out information to parents within the first couple of weeks. Booking will be through ParentPay.

✏️ Thursdays:
Streethay Primary (Years 5 and 6 only)

I am excited to be starting at Streethay in September! The school are going to organise the bookings for the first half-term so please wait for communication from the school.

🦓 Click ‘SESSION 6’ for the ZEBRA workshop- Wednesday 12th August, 10-12pm.

🖌️ If your child has already made a canvas, this one is a little different… they will create a multi-media artwork (doodle zebra) to put in a frame! Please note the frames are glass and will not be handled by the children. (The framed artwork will be given directly to the parent at the end of the session).

🦄 If your child would prefer a unicorn theme, let me know and I will adapt the activities for them!

🎨 For most of the workshops, we recommend ages 7+ (parents can ‘drop and go’). If you have a younger child you would like to bring, please get in touch, you may be able to stay and support them. (Depending on space in the studio).

🍪 We aim to keep groups small with a maximum of 8 or 9 children. We provide biscuits and squash, please let us know beforehand of any allergies.

🫟 For all workshops, acrylic paint will be used, this is likely to get onto clothing and stain. Please send your child in old clothes or with an apron.

🎈All of my workshops can be booked for private parties!

Funky ice-cream creations made in today’s afternoon workshop! 🍦🎨🖌️ Each child painted a canvas and made some cute mini-models using colourful foam clay! Their colour combinations are just … WOW! 🌟

Fun with doughnuts in this morning’s workshop! I did not get enough photos this time… but here’s a little snapshot of what the kids got up to! Some really creative canvases today, so original! 🫟🖌️🎨 Well done kids! 💕

Only two more weeks of summer workshops left! Thank you to all those who have attended so far, the children have been brilliant and we have had lots of fun! It is lovely to see each child go home so proud of the artwork they have made. 💕

Spaces still left in my ‘doughnut’ workshop next week (session 4). Just one space left in ‘ice-creams’! Then the week after is my last week!

Plenty of spaces left in ‘zebras’ too- this one is a bit different, children get to take home their zebra artwork in a frame, and also decoupage a papier-mâché zebra model. 🦓 (or message me to request a unicorn theme).

This one is really good for all ages as older children can choose to paint 4 doughnuts on a canvas and really get into the details… while younger children can just paint one big doughnut with the help of my templates and paint pens! 🍩🖌️🎨

What a fabulous cactus workshop we had today! 🎨🌵🖌️ In 2 hours the children each created a painted cactus canvas and a selection of cactus painted rocks- then they chose their favourite one to put in a pot! Look how amazing their creations are! 💕

Tomorrow is my last art class for home educated children before the holiday! It’s going to be a completely low-pressure, mess-making extravaganza! 🫟

A couple of children are away on holiday so we have spaces if anyone new wants to come along… Ages 8+ but older children welcome too. Parents welcome to stay or drop off. Biscuits and squash provided to keep us all going!
