Year 12 Students Achieve Outstanding Success on Rona Sailing Project
During the last week of term, eight Year 12 students - accompanied by Miss Simpson and Mr Simpson - embarked on five days of intensive sail training aboard Merrilyn, a 65‑foot yacht operated by the Rona Sailing Project. Despite challenging seas and bouts of sea sickness, every student demonstrated resilience, teamwork and determination, representing the school exceptionally well. By Day 3, the group had developed strong sailing competence, impressing the Rona crew with their effort, positivity and willingness to learn....
