The progress our stunning Daisy has made is insane just 18months in and she's achieved moves she never thought she would and has seem a huge increase in her strength in and off the pole. Daisy said "this is the only fitness she's stuck to and enjoys as there's no pressure just a fun relaxed enjoyable class with supportive instructors and friends " well done Daisy your doing amazing 💪🏼🩷

Abi started with us in 2025 and trains weekly at the studio and at home we love seeing the insane progress she has made 🩷 this is one of her first photos and one of her most recent 🩷

we love the feedback Abi gave us recently she explained how she loves having a hobby that's just for her, she loves the social side and the friends she's made at the studio🩷.
