🦎🦉🦊 What an AMAZING start to our Animal Week! 🐍✨

On Tuesday, we were visited by Thomas Wild Actors and had the most incredible hands-on experience meeting some truly fascinating animals!

The children got up close to a cute crested gecko, a spiky bearded dragon, an ENORMOUS Burmese python, a gorgeous 14-week-old barn owl and even a stunning black fox! 🤩

There were lots of excited smiles, curious questions, gentle touches and moments of pure amazement as the children learned all about these wonderful creatures.

It was a magical experience filled with awe, wonder and unforgettable memories – the perfect way to kick off our Animal Week! 🌟🐾

🍓 Exciting news from the garden! 🍓

After lots of watering and TLC, we've picked our very first perfectly ripe strawberry of the season! 🌱✨

The rest of the veggie patch is thriving too, with carrots 🥕, onions 🧅, pumpkins 🎃, courgettes 🥒, and tomatoes 🍅 all growing nicely.

Now we're keeping our fingers crossed for some bumper crops in the weeks ahead!

What a quacking adventure we’ve had at pre-school! 🐥🦆

The children have absolutely loved watching our eggs hatch and seeing our fluffy baby ducklings grow bigger every day.

From their very first swim, to helping choose their names, and even giving them gentle little strokes, it’s been such a magical hands-on experience for everyone.

Although we were sad to wave goodbye to our feathered friends, we’re so happy to know they’ve gone to a lovely local farm where they’ll continue to be well loved and cared for. 💛

What a fantastic day we had at the Lichfield Bower Parade! 🌞🎉

Our float was inspired by the much-loved story The Scarecrow’s Wedding, and the children have spent weeks creating wonderful crafts and decorations to bring the story to life.

We are so proud of all their hard work and creativity.

We’re delighted to share that our float was awarded 1st place! 🏆👏

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the day so special, especially Farmer Rob and Farmer Andrew from Sheepwash Farm who lent us and drove the float!❤️

Our little crafters have been busy creating some fantastic decorations ready for the 🎉 Lichfield Bower on Monday 🎉, and we can’t wait to show them off!

We’ve also had a few spaces become available on our float. If your child is a former pre-schooler and would like to join us for this exciting community celebration, we’d love to have them along for the fun! 🚜🌈

🌱🫘 What a fantastic day we had! A huge thank you to Byron and the amazing team Lichfield Garden Centre for welcoming us for a very special bean planting adventure! 💚

The children had so much fun planting their very own bean, choosing delicious fruits and vegetable plants to bring back to pre-school and exploring all the wonderful smells of the different herbs 🌿🍓🥕

To top it all off, we even got to meet the chickens and collect a freshly laid egg! 🐔🥚 What an egg-citing experience for everyone!

🥚🦆 They’re here! After a long day of waiting, our duck eggs have finally arrived! 🐣✨

We are so excited to watch the eggs crack open and see our fluffy little ducklings hatch out over the next few days.

The children can’t wait to follow this amazing life cycle adventure and meet our new feathered friends! 💛

🌸🎉 WOW… what an AMAZING Spring Fair! 🎉🌸

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came along, helped out, donated, baked, cooked, played and supported us today — you made it such a fantastic success! 💛

The children had the BEST time enjoying sponge throwing 💦, hook-a-duck 🦆, adopting cuddly toy pets 🧸, getting creative with crafts 🎨, trying their luck on the tombolas, raffle and so much more!

We also tucked into delicious burgers 🍔 and hot dogs 🌭, kindly donated by ’s Farm Shop & Butchery and cooked on a BBQ generously loaned by — thank you! 🙌
And of course, our cake stall was full of irresistible sweet treats 🍰

Thanks to your incredible support, we raised an AMAZING amount- over £1,650 for the pre-school! 🎊👏

What a wonderful day full of smiles, laughter and community spirit — thank you all for making it so special! 💕

🎄✈️ Festive Fun Alert! ✈️🎄

A huge thank you to Robert Broad Travel for giving our little ones such a warm welcome today! They kindly invited us to decorate the Christmas tree in their shop window… and our children couldn’t wait to get creative!

After having so much fun crafting their special decorations—each one inspired by the story Emma Jane’s Aeroplane—the children spent this afternoon carefully choosing the perfect branches to hang their wonderful creations.

The tree looks AMAZING… and so did their proud little faces! 🥰✨
