Just a thought:
On this Easter morning, we remember that Jesus is alive. Paul’s words in 1 Corinthians 15:3–4 remind us that even the Greek verbs proclaim the heart of our faith: Christ died (aorist—an unrepeatable act in history), He was buried (aorist passive—confirming the reality of His death), and He has been raised (perfect tense—a past event whose effects continue into the present). His death is behind us, His burial is complete, but His resurrection remains an ongoing reality. And as believers, we are all witnesses of the resurrection—not because we stood at the empty tomb, but because we know, and we testify, that Christ is alive and well. We are His witnesses, bringing His presence, hope, transformation, healing, and new life into the world. The continuing power of His risen life is evident in our everyday lives of faith, and in this we stand together as living testimonies that He is, indeed, alive.
