The end of year exhibition.

For some, this was their first time showing their work.
For others, it was another step in a longer creative journey.

Art can be deeply personal.
It is something you create quietly, often just for yourself.

So there is always a moment of hesitation.
Would they feel confident enough to share it?

In the end, the room was filled.
Paintings side by side.
Different styles, different stages, all enjoyed together.

What we saw was more than finished artwork.
We saw confidence growing.
We saw pride.
And we saw a community that supports each other.

Sometimes the most memorable classes do not go to plan.

During one of our Paint & Prosecco sessions, the power went out.

To my surprise our students wanted to carry on with the art class.

So we gathered garden lights.
Opened another bottle of Prosecco.
Kept painting.
And carried on together.

Moments like this are what Art Skills Class is really about.
Not perfection.
Not pressure.
Just creativity, calm, and community.
