Our preschool children have been fascinated by watching frogspawn up close as part of their learning 🐸

We have been exploring the life cycle of a frog, learning how tiny frogspawn grow and change into tadpoles before eventually becoming frogs. The children have loved observing the changes and asking lots of wonderful questions along the way.

Hands-on experiences like this help spark curiosity and encourage a love of nature and learning 🌿

We loved treating some of our team to a Sip, Paint & Domino’s evening last night!🎨🍕

It was a fantastic chance for everyone to unwind, get creative, and enjoy some tome together. From colourful canvases to lots of laughter (and plenty of pizza!), it was a brilliant evening all around.

It’s that time of the month again – and the latest food hygiene inspections are in, showing consistently high standards across businesses in the district.

Lichfield District Council is pleased to report that the majority of food businesses continue to perform well, with over two thirds achieving the highest hygiene rating and none falling below a satisfactory standard. This reflects strong food safety practices and effective regulatory oversight across the district.
