Barcelona photos from yesterday (day 3).

Thank you to our wonderful students for their resilience, humour and enthusiasm. They practised lots of Spanish, tried Spanish food and walked miles and miles exploring this beautiful city in the heat.

We wish them a great night’s sleep tonight!

We couldn’t have taken the trip without staff sacrificing their days, nights, and what should have been their days off so a massive thank you also to Mr. Turner, Señora Coulthard and Mrs. Whatley for accompanying me and the students 🧡

Landed at Birmingham Airport. Will get the coach back to school once we have been through passport control and collected luggage. Will update once we are on the coach with an ETA at school so students can be collected. Hola Inglaterra!

All checked in and now having a little browse in the shops before the gate opens. Students have been absolutely brilliant and are looking forward to a good night’s sleep tonight! Will update when we land at Birmingham airport and arrive at school. Students can be collected once we arrive at school, or stay at school until 4.

What an amazing last day it has been. Each day we have averaged over 16,000 steps and today was no different. So very proud of our wonderful students who explored Barcelona by foot and have made the most of this experience. We are going to have some tired legs and hopefully great memories that will last a lifetime. Will post photos tomorrow hopefully, now time to 😴 ready to hit the airport tomorrow for our flight back. Buenas noches!
