Improvements being made by Josh as you can see from these two videos. 1st video leaning forwards to much, which bring hands lower and then stepping to much with the shots. Second video he is standing more upright and side on. He is not leaning too much on to the lead foot and a it’s a tiny step when he punches, he is using his shoulders to rotate and get full range. Then returning to his original shape 🥊📈
