Free consultation - A 'meet and greet' to discuss what you wish to achieve and design a plan tailored to work for you.

1 hour and half an hour 1 to 1 and small group (2-3 people) sessions available.

I bring training to your door. I have a functional training room at my residence if preferred. I also train out of Friary Grange Leisure centre (Pricing subject to Freedom leisure). Weather permitting outdoor training can be arranged.
