🧺🌧️ Happy International Picnic Day! 🌧️🧺

The rain didn’t stop us from celebrating International Picnic Day today! We brought our picnic indoors and enjoyed a lovely time together with some tasty snacks and lots of fun.

The children were delighted to have some of our nursery teddies and puppets join us for the picnic, making the day even more special. 🧸💛

Everyone enjoyed sitting together, chatting with their friends, and sharing a cosy picnic experience indoors.

We are delighted to share some very special news with our nursery family.

Our lovely staff member, Gemma, welcomed her beautiful baby girl, Olivia Rose, into the world a little earlier than expected on 25/05/26 weighing 2lb 11oz.

Congratulations, Gemma, and welcome to the world Olivia Rose. We can’t wait to meet you 👶🏽🤍✨

We are delighted to share the results from our recent Care Inspectorate inspection.

We are delighted to share the wonderful news that Simran has welcomed a beautiful baby boy into the world 💙

Baby Jaiveer was born on 18th March 2026 at 3pm, weighing 3kg 20g.

Mum and baby are doing well, and we couldn’t be happier for them all as they begin this very special new chapter together.

A huge congratulations to Jenni, our Deputy Manager, and Lauren, one of our Room Leaders, who have both successfully completed their SVQ Level 4 in Social Services (Children & Young People)🎓

Having completed their qualification earlier this year, it’s been lovely to recently receive their certificates and mark the occasion.

Their dedication, hard work, and passion shine through in everything they do, and this achievement is so well deserved.

This afternoon, the babies in the Little Moons room went for a lovely walk around the local area, stopping along the way to enjoy some Easter themed activities🐣

Happy St Patrick’s Day from all of us at Bright Sparks Nursery☘️

The children had a wonderful time celebrating with lots of fun and creativity! We enjoyed messy play, explored our imaginations with playdough, and spent time talking about what makes us feel lucky.

It was so lovely hearing all the children share the things and people they are grateful for — from family and friends to their favourite toys and pets 💚
