Hi everyone, I have an exciting opportunity for anyone who's curious about the powerful practice of Mindfulness. Next semester the Empowerment Academy is facilitating a Mindfulness Teacher Training course at a discounted price. The course will be lead by a professional and the accredited qualification you receive will allow you to teach mindfulness in schools and elsewhere. All we have to do is recruit 20 or more participants to allow it to go ahead. There are 8 sessions in total that will take place on Monday evenings from 4pm till 6pm.
