Details: We will emphasise teaching the First parts of Laojia Form with energy releasing and Breathing Skills. We will be teaching from the very beginning of the form and it is suitable for all levels of students. Please come to the seminar for improvement, correction and ask questions.

All levels of students are welcome to join the seminar and additional training with Master Liming Yue. The local accommodation and airport transportation are available upon request, subject to availability and fees will be required.

Grandmaster Chen Zhenglei will choose the questions to answer. The special high light of the seminar will be Practice & Correction with deep explanation. The VIPs and people on Zoom will be corrected by Grandmaster Chen Zhengeli.

Details: The Laojia Fine Details Seminar has been completed 19-20th March 2022 and 28-29th May 2022 over the weekend successfully. We practiced the first 18 movements of Laojia in a fine details and it covered Breathing, Energy release, application, principals and key positions with Questions and Answers. It’s the best seminar ever and the most suitable way of teaching for all levels of students/instructors who practicing Chen style Taijiquan. There are approximately 10 hours of teaching footage and it has be placed in the library – Fine Details of Laojia seminar page so all participants are entitle to watch it for one month as Seminar Participant Membershi upon your booking. The coming seminar will be teaching starting from the 19th movement of Laojia Form in same format. We will teaching as much as everybody can cope with over the seminar in highest quality.

World Tai Chi and Qigong Day - 25th April 2015 - FREE event

The Centre is going to host a Tai Chi and Qigong event at Albert Square in Manchester Town Hall at 1:30pm on Saturday, 25th April 2015. The Event is FREE to public to join and all exercises are suitable for both beginners and experienced students.

The Chinese Health Qigong Association in China will also take part in the event for the Qigong sessions. For further details please visit our seminar page. All students in the Centre and people who loves Tai Chi and Qigong are very welcome. Let's work together and promote the health wellbeing to the world.

The event will be defenitely going on regardless the weather. However it will be re-located in the Tai Chi Centre if the whether is not permited, so please book your place in advance to avoid disappointment as the Centre can only take up to certain number of people (Max. of 45 people in 3 hall and rooms) to join the Free Open session.
