A huge BREAK A LEG to all of our friends at Selkirk Musical Theatre Company tonight for the opening night of Bad Girls the Musical.
This time around we have not 2 but 3 staff involved!
Principal AmyBeth Beel will be musical directing while co-principal Joanne Skilling and Musical Theatre teacher Rose Roberts take to the stage, go smash it! 💪🏻

We are VERY excited to welcome West End performer Christina Modestu, the original Anne Boleyn in SIX!, to Wallyford for a professional Musical Theatre Workshop! 👑💜

With professional credits including SIX!, In the Heights, We Will Rock You and Shrek, Christina will be putting our young performers through their paces with a fantastic session of singing, dancing and acting!

As July draws to a close and a new term approaches we can't help but think of this time last year before our launch and how far we have all come in such a short space of time, every single child who has found their place within our academy has brought a uniqueness to our school that we are so proud to foster and grow.

We had such a lovely time at the annual PQA conference this past weekend, we attended some great sessions delivered by PQA HQ and got to meet lots of principles from across the network, including our fantastic principals from PQA Glasgow Southside and PQA West Lothian 💛🖤

What a fantastic first year at PQA Edinburgh East Lothian we have had! shows, master classes from a CBBC star and lots of learning, growing and friendships made! We can't wait for year 2 kicking off in August! We have so many exciting things coming up!! 💛
