Our cut-off point for buying tickets is at 12pm on Wednesday the 20th of October. You have four days to buy your tickets. To all those who have bought tickets you can expect an email from us asking about table arrangements and dietary requirements.

We will be using this page more regularly to post acs events as well as events that may be of interest to our members.

The Black ED Movement will be hosting their very first Black ED Ball to commemorate Black History Month

It is a masquerade ball with a 1920’s theme but with a twist because it will be a “Night at the speakeasy” 🎩

Everyone will be expected to use a code at the entrance, and the location will remain unknown until the last week. The night will include a range of entertainment from DJ’s to henna tattooing and will be offering discounted club tickets after the ball. You can expect to eat an authentically African Caribbean three course dinner, as unusual as this may be to some it's important for us to embrace our cultures more fully and this is a good way to do so.

The event will be on the 22 October 2021 from 6pm-12pm

It’s that time of the year again!!!
ACS is holding our annual AGM to get people for our 2021/22 Committee. To apply click the link in our bio the deadline is the 20th of October. Positions are open to all Undergraduate and Postgraduate students of any discipline. The AGM will be on Friday the 15th of October.

ACS will be having a freshers event this Friday from 2-5!!
The venue will be sent to you once you buy a ticket, you can buy a ticket using the link in our bio which will go live at 22.00. We are so excited to welcome back or members and perhaps get some new members to sign up! Tickets are limited so get yours as soon as possible.
