Hi I’m Stacey - Founder of Form Studio & Academy.🎓

For over 12 years, I’ve built a successful nail business from the ground up, grown a fully booked out business and loyal client base, mentored aspiring nail techs and discovered a real passion for helping others succeed in the nail industry.

Form Academy was created to give nail techs the support, confidence and practical skills I wish I had when I started my own journey. My goal isn’t to just teach techniques and help you level up your form - it’s to help you understand the why behind them, refine your skills and build true confidence in your work and business .

When I’m not mentoring you will find me behind the desk creating stunning nails, creating content, designing websites or working on exciting new projects for the nail and beauty industry 😜

I don’t talk about this much… but it’s something I’ve noticed in the nail industry for a while now

There’s a lot of ego. People acting like there’s only room for one person to win. People holding things back like sharing will somehow take something away from them.
It never sat right with me.

Building a business is already hard enough without that kind of energy around it.

Helping someone else doesn’t make you less successful. Sharing what you know doesn’t put you behind.
There is more than enough clients / money / opportunities to grow, for everyone to go around ✨

I’ve always built things in a way that feels good to me. No gatekeeping, no weird energy or competition, no acting from fear. I stay in my own lane and compete with no one and it’s always worked for me ..

I’m Just focusing on growing my business, helping my clients & students and building something sustainable and letting other people do the same 🙌 and for the techs who made me feel like this, you actually inspire me to keep doing what I’m doing so thank you for 💅🏼🙏
