This page has been dormant for some time. I want to utilise this to start conversations on topical issues...

To start with, I have been researching the connection between physiological changes with age and the lower tolerance to pain.

It is well documented that decreased levels of testosterone in men and women promote lower seratonin levels in the body, resulting in an increase in sensitivity to pain.

There are many natural, non-invasive ways to restore testosterone levels in men and women.

I will be grateful to hear about your personal experiences on this topic.
