Happy Burns Day! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Over the last week, staff and students have been celebrating the life and work of the Scottish Poet, Robert Burns! 📝

A selection of students also took part in reciting Burns' most loved poems in a lovely service in our Memorial Hall - wowing us all with the impressive verse.

While our Scottish students enjoyed commemorating this national tradition, our international students also had the chance to learn more about Scottish culture while snacking on some authentic Scottish delicacies including haggis, shortbread, and of course, we couldn’t forget the iconic national drink of Irn-Bru. 👌🏻

❗STORM EOWYN UPDATE ❗

With the weather warning ahead of Storm Eowyn now upgraded to red 🔺, we have taken the decision to implement our Business Continuity Plan and move to online learning for tomorrow.

The safety of our pupils and staff remains our priority. Currently, the no-travel advice is set between 10:00am and 5:00pm tomorrow. 🚫🚗

The forecast for Sunday and Monday is much calmer, so we anticipate a normal restart after Weekend Leave.

Stay safe everyone!
