Midsummer nightโ€™s eve in Edinburgh. A girl with wings and a plastic bow and arrow sits sobbing on a bench. Itโ€™s been a hard day. Love. Bites.
First performed in 2012 and published in 2021, Strange Town returns with many tales of fraught and frantic love, all as relevant today as they were then.

Ashes to Ashes, Dust to Dust.
Suffocating in a bothy at the end of the world, a group of girl guides confront the daunting task of surviving a never-ending storm of dust.
Brutal sacrifices must be made as they are battered by the sands, with a clash of consensus and leadership. All the while, monstrous whispers haunt them from the dark: whispers of vengeance. Justice. Fun.
With tempers fraught, the group face mortal danger, both from each other and a vindictive storm that almost feels alive.

Tell me about your childhood.
Welcome to the Kind Complex โ€“ the factory of the future, where only the best and brightest teenagers of the tech generation are selected to work.
When Agnes joins the design team, she enters the manufactured world of human-Kin: artificial intelligence humanoids created for hospitality and service jobs humans donโ€™t want. The Kin go through a rigorous development process, equipped with childhood memories to replicate individuality, and provide a better customer experience.
But Agnes isnโ€™t here to make Kin; instead, sheโ€™s here for answers, for change and, if necessary, revolution.
