🍓🍋 Keeping hydrated during the heatwave with our homemade flavoured water 🍋🍓

World bee day, 20/5/26 Save the bees! 🐝

We learned bees live in a hive, they work hard to help flowers and they make honey 🍯.
We enjoyed a bee themed tuff tray, painting, gluing and playdough with bees, hives and flower shapes. 🍯 🐝

Annual Football Card Fundraiser ⚽️

Your change to WIN £200!
We have a Football scratch card, £5 per team £200 to the winner with £200 to playgroup to buy new resources.

Fundraising is essential in playgroup to support the purchase of resources and equipment, we do not receive any funding or grants so to enable us to continue to buy and replace resources we ask for your support.

The winner will be announced when all teams have been sold, please let us know which teams you would like, cash can be paid to the girls in playgroup.

🐣 Happy Easter 🐣

We had lots of Easter fun in playgroup last week, completing lots of Easter activities. We hope you all enjoy the Easter holidays and will see the children when we return on Tuesday 21st April .

We hope everyone had a lovely Mother’s Day yesterday and spent the whole day relaxing 😉😉🤣

Last week, the children at had the chance to join in and learn about making you a lovely shortbread gift. They helped measure, scoop, roll and cut out shapes to make your delicious treats! They also had fun making your beautiful Mother’s Day cards. 💕

For the third year in a row we have been so lucky to have Sandy from the Scottish Ambulance service come in to speak to the children. Sandy brought some of his supplies from his ambulance and the children had the chance to practise their first aid skills. Thank you so much Sandy. 🚑🏥

Lots of fun leading up to the February half term. Playgroup is now on holiday, we will return on Monday 23rd February. Enjoy your break.

This term the children have been very interested in construction. We have been busy expanding the current construction corner, collecting tools and a mixture of loose parts for them to use as building materials, encouraging their creativity and imagination. 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️🔨🔧🔩🧰
