Well… this one made me cry 🥹❤️

Alice used to come along to my Sporty Sprouts classes and I know how much she’s missed them, so being asked to come back and make her birthday extra special meant so much to me. 🌱

I always send my birthday child a little video on the morning of their party, and hearing how excited Alice was after watching hers absolutely got me! 🥹

Thank you so much Amy for such lovely words — and a HUGE Happy Birthday to Alice! 🥳❤️

Days like today remind me exactly why I love what I do. 🌱❤️

💙💛 SPORTY SPROUTS CARNWATH — WHAT A FIRST DAY! 💛💙

What a brilliant start for our brand-new Carnwath classes! 🥰

Both our P1–P3 and P4–P7 groups got stuck into loads of games, challenges, football, hockey and plenty of Sporty Sprouts chaos! 😂⚽️🏑

It was so lovely seeing the hall full of local children having fun, trying different activities and getting active together.

P1–P3 is currently FULL 🙌
We still have spaces available in our P4–P7 class, so if your child would like to come along and give Sporty Sprouts a try, we’d love to have them. 💙

Today’s Little Sprouts and Preschool children had some VERY important jobs to do! 😂🌱

We became firefighters, posties, bulldozers and builders — all while working on kicking, hockey control, coordination, colour matching, balance and problem-solving.

And the builders at the end? 🧱
An absolute HIT! 😂

My Sporty Sprouts birthday party prices will be increasing from 9th September, so for the next 7 days you can secure your party at my current prices:

🌱 1 hour – £120
🌱 90 minutes – £150

Pay your £50 deposit by Tuesday 8th September and I’ll honour the current price for your party, even if your celebration isn’t until later in the year or beyond.

🎁 PLUS, every party booked during the offer will receive a FREE Sporty Sprouts water bottle for the birthday child!

Sporty Sprouts parties are tailored to the age of the children – from fun sporty activities for younger children to team games and challenges for older children.

🦖 Dinosaur Week has arrived at Sporty Sprouts! 🥚

Today our little dinosaurs have been rescuing eggs, carrying baby dinosaur eggs safely back to their nests, practising their kicking and tackling dinosaur challenges along the way!

So many different skills hidden inside one big dinosaur adventure — balance, coordination, kicking, catching, colour recognition and lots of movement. 💛

And judging by those faces… I think Dinosaur Week might be a hit! 😂🦖
